Member Voluntary Contributions

These are contributions paid from your after-tax income and are also known as non-concessional contributions.

Member voluntary contributions are not taxed on entry to your superannuation however caps apply to the amount of contributions that can be contributed per financial year.

Contributing in this way can boost your superannuation further by making you eligible for the Government Co-contribution.
